30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened single-use items (e.g. steam eye masks) can't be returned unless damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – no return shipping cost for you.

How to start a return

Email lhalung999@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged/defective/incorrect items: we cover it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering if your order hasn't shipped yet.
