Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (all 50 states).

Shipping cost

Free Standard Shipping on every order – no minimum.

Processing & delivery time

• Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).
• Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing, shipped from our US warehouse via USPS or other US carriers.

During the holiday peak (Black Friday to New Year) processing may take 1–2 extra business days – please order holiday gifts early.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. No tracking after 4 business days? Contact us.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Need a change? Email us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email lhalung999@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
