Where do you ship from?

From our US warehouse – orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days after processing.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment – we ship to US addresses only.

How do I charge the hand warmer?

Use the included USB cable with any USB wall adapter or computer port. The hand warmer also works as a 5000mAh power bank for your phone.

Does the heated scarf include a power bank?

No – the scarf runs on any 5V USB power bank (not included). Our 2-in-1 Hand Warmer & Power Bank works great with it.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page.
